06:41 pm - Lalalala.... I am in a really good mood for no apparent reason. Work has been tough all week, but I feel good. I love my life. I have a man who is so wonderful, there are no words to describe how wonderful he is. My job is pretty good. I get along pretty well with my co-workers. 07:16 pm - current events... I started my new job yesterday, and while it's probably still too soon to tell, I think I'm gonna like it there. Everyone seems nice so far, but I just started yesterday. I have reached a place in my life where I'm happy. Truly happy. I feel blessed because I have wonderful friends who have been there for me when I really needed them. And a man I love more than I can ever express. He has been my rock this year, and I don't think I can thank him enough. This year started out rough and I never dreamed it would end so well. To everyone who has been a light in the darkness that engulfed me this year, THANK YOU! You have all saved me from myself, and that means more to me than you know. 07:49 pm - blah I'm feelin' kinda blah right now. Figure if I put it out there I'll get it out of my system. I've been unemployed for a month now, and it sucks. But I have a job interview on Monday, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. This year in general has sucked pretty bad, but I have a bright spot. The man in my life has been a rock for me when I needed him the most, and I can't put into words how much he means to me. I just hope he knows. I'm pretty sure he does. 11:53 am - Great Weekend!! I had a great weekend! I got to go to a fantastic little local music festival...it was AWESOME!! Disappear Fear was amazing. Definitely my favorite of the day. There was just great energy there, great people. The best part was getting to hang out with friends for the whole weekend. So fun, and relaxing. Hope to keep enjoying everything as much as I am now. Over the gloomies from my last post and loving life. Trying to live to the fullest. Keep on smiling, it makes the world a more beautiful place. 08:04 am - Painful questions Have you ever questioned every decision you have ever made in your lifetime? I am sitting here wondering if any decision I have ever made was for the greater good, or if I have just managed to hurt myself and everyone that I have ever loved with every choice I have made. I know that sometimes I have to make difficult decisions to protect myself and that those are usually the ones that hurt the most, it's kinda like plunging a knife into your own heart because it's the only way to survive. 11:10 am - Easter Happy bunny day. So does anyone else think it's a bit ironic that this "Christian" holiday is named after a pagan goddess of fertility? And that all the symbols - rabbits and eggs- that are used to represent and advertise this day are also ancient pagan symbols of fertility? Oh well, maybe that's why the Catholics multiply like they do. But then again the Christians also named the holiday to honor the death of their Christ "Good Friday". Somehow, I don't think he was having a good day. OK...rant over.
